Ingredients

- 1 quart glass bowl with lid
- Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons grassfed unflavored gelatin
- 2¾ cups water
- 1 cup organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons unflavored coconut yogurt
Instructions
- Prepare the gelatin the day before
- Heal 2 cups of water to a simmer
- In the bowl stir the gelatin with ¾ cup of cold water
- Stir in the hot water until dissolved
- Refrigerate until congealed
- Serve on small bowls or plates
- For each serving:
- Place in a bowl ¼ of the gelatin cut in pieces
- Add ¼ cup blueberries
- Top with 1 tablespoon yogurt
