The FastDiet is an easy way to lose weight and keep it off.
You only need to diet one or two days a week to lose weight. You can’t go crazy the rest of the week, but you can indulge on Thanksgiving and other special events. Although it’s called intermittent fasting, it’s actually intermittent dieting because it restricts women to 500 calories, men to 600 calories on the fasting days.
I love this diet, and have been losing up to one pound a week by fasting only one day a week. The rest of the week I eat normally. Well, I don’t eat huge amounts of food or I gain weight, and have to do a second fast day that week.
