Germ Theory of Disease Antoine Bechamp vs. Louis Pasteur

June 5, 2015 By AnitaM Leave a Comment

Why is America waging war on germs? Is this making us healthier? The theory that disease is caused by invading microbes is known as the germ theory of disease. This belief was promoted by Louis Pasteur and led to the widespread use of pasteurization, antibiotics, and vaccinations.

The research of Antoine Bechamp, a contemporary of Louis Pasteur, provides evidence that diseases don’t come from invading germs, but arise inside an unhealthy body.

The work of Bechamp is important. If he is right that an unhealthy body is the cause of disease, we need to focus on being healthy instead of killing microbes.
